They need to add a waste paper basket, a garbage container, a dish towel and some small garbage bags to each room.

We were happy with our staying in this place,but unfortunately the attendance at the Night Shift was not helpful at all,

The location,clean place,good breakfast

Night Shift staff is not willing to help customers and lack of customer’s service skills

I cannot really say much the property was great. The only problem that I found was heater for the room. It was kind of cold for the girls

Location is nice.

Great location - walking distance from everything! The hotel is simple but modern and clean. The lofts are spacious and have a small kitchenette. The upstairs bedroom is nice. Good value.

Check in was a bit of a hassle, despite asking to check in with the reception, they insisted I do the online check in myself which took so much time adding passport details etc. Check in took about an hour. The kitchenette lacks basic things like cleaning pack (you have to ask for it) and they don’t give any bowels. Check out at 10am for a hotel is very early. The loft had no sofa yet 3 single beds downstairs (two with no linen) despite us only being 3 people.

Interieur design style of the the room and the whole place. Very friendly staff. We like the concept privat buffet breakfast.

Very comfortable beds

The bed was so big and comfortable. We had a balcony that looked out onto the street and there was plenty of room. This hotel is in a great location to walk around in the city.

The air-conditioning was a little bit loud. Our digital door lock wasn't working properly and was broken on the inside. The staff informed us of an app to download on our mobile phone to use as a key instead. Therefore we had to use our mobile phone to open the door the duration of our stay.

A comfortable stay in the city centre

Very comfortable room and close to the city center. The staff were friendly and accomodating. The hotel entrance is located on a side street which is convenient for getting into a taxi or uber because it is tucked away from the busy main road.

The kitchen had no forks, knives, plates etc Only two cups. We could not make a coffee in our room as there was nothing for us to use. You have to go down to reception to ask for these items.

Good option for the location but check the the noises

The apart-hotel is very well located right on the corner to 9 de Julio Avenue, nice decorated and the best check-in ever. The staff is kind and ready to help you.

Unfortunately for me the staying (2 nights) has been awful because of the noise. The balcony door was broken (a problem with locking system) and cannot be closed properly.

Good value for the money but the units definitely need some maintenance and update of furniture

Good location, big room loft style, good views of the Obelisc

The shower head in the bathroom is really low, I’m 1.85m and I literally had to squat down to have a shower as it was at the same height that my nose There was a big space in between the wooden floor in between the wooden boards that was full of dirt and the crack was pretty big, I almost got my big toe stuck in it when I went to the toilet at night Socket to charge the phone next to the bed was really loose out of the wall Although the property location is great during the day at night looked not super safe

Huge, nice room with a terrific view over 9 de Julio Avenue

This hotel is like many places in Buenos Aires, i.e. fascinating but run down, appealing but spoilt. There were many things that did not work properly, namely the TV set, the flush toilet, the electronic key system.. Communication with reception staff was a constant mess, one day after another. All in all, although the apartments are nice, this hotel is significantly overpriced - not least because it has to be paid in US dollars. In short, a nice accommodation venue that is nor particularly good value for money and is manifestly in decay.

Very good experience except being assigned a very bad room initially.

Great location and very spacious. Very comfortable for a family of four.

Initially, we were given a room with a view of an old building. The toilet was broken and there missing furniture not as shown on the advertisement. Every the room next door opened their door, there was a loud squeaky noise. We asked to change rooms, with a view of Julio 9 Ave., but was denied. The next day, we were offered a different room with a view after we submitted a negative review on a survey. It would’ve been nice if we did not have to go through all of this and were just given the room we were supposed to get from start. It was a hassle to have to unpack and pack again after we were moved to a different room.

Very Good

The hotel is definitely located in an excellent location. My room had a tiny balcony overlooking Av.9 de julio which was fun to watch the cars and a few demonstrations that passed by. The bathroom was much smaller than expected, but not surprised.

Overpriced given the small bathroom, lack of amenities and lack of having card keys for the room. What do you do if you forget your phone in your room?

Sold, nice, clean hotel for good value.

Nice, clean hotel for good value. Really lovely front-desk staff, who were so helpful and kind.

Hotel is centrally located, but we didn't love the neighborhood. It was safe enough to walk in one direction, but we didn't feel comfortable going the other way at night for dinner. The main neighborhood nearby is really huge avenues in the theater and Casa Rosada district, so not as quaint as some of the other neighborhoods we saw or stayed in on our trip.

Very Good

Location was good - close to exchange spot, bus stations and train stations all walking distance. You do need to acquire transport card to use Buses and trains. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodates basic need if asked.

Room did get little chilly overnight.

The room set up is pretty cool and staff are very helpful. A great place to spend a night.

Street noise is very loud with doors closed (room on fourth floor)
